Selena Gomez, the chart-topping singer and actress, has tied the knot with music producer Benny Blanco in an intimate celebration on the California coast.
The 33-year-old star shared the news on Instagram, posting photos of herself in a sleek white halter-neck gown beside Blanco, 37, who wore a classic black tuxedo. She captioned the images with “9.27.25” surrounded by heart emojis. Blanco replied under the post with the words: “My wife in real life.”
The pair said “I do” on Saturday in Santa Barbara before roughly 170 attendees. Among those present were Gomez’s close friend Taylor Swift, actor Paul Rudd, and her Only Murders in the Building castmates Steve Martin and Martin Short, according to Vogue.
Their relationship, which began in 2023, quickly blossomed both personally and professionally. They became engaged in December 2024 after a year together. Earlier this year, they put their love story into music with the collaborative album I Said I Love You First, released in March. Their creative partnership goes back years, with hits like “Same Old Love” and “Kill Em With Kindness” in 2015 and the 2019 single “I Can’t Get Enough” alongside Tainy and J Balvin.
Gomez first rose to fame on Disney Channel’s Wizards of Waverly Place before carving out a successful music and film career, most recently appearing in Emilia Perez. Blanco, meanwhile, is renowned as a behind-the-scenes hitmaker, having produced tracks for Katy Perry, Britney Spears, and Kesha. He also dropped his own solo project, Friends Keep Secrets, in 2018.
Their wedding not only marked a personal milestone but also underscored a long-standing creative bond that has defined much of their artistic journey together.
