Samuel Adjei is a British-born Ghanaian entrepreneur and real estate developer whose journey is rooted in faith, resilience, and purpose. Born in England to Ghanaian parents, Samuel grew up in a modest household where money was limited, but his Christian upbringing gave him a strong foundation of faith, discipline, and belief in a greater future. His journey eventually led him back to Ghana, where he began building his vision through real estate and entrepreneurship in Accra.
Today, Samuel has built a growing real estate portfolio in Ghana and has also acquired a private island in Ada, Ghana, as part of his long-term vision for development. Beyond business, he has dedicated himself to community and foundation work, supporting schools, students, women, and communities across Ghana. His story is also shaped by what he witnessed growing up in the UK, particularly the challenges facing young Black people and the impact of crime and the criminal justice system. Rather than allowing those challenges to define his generation, Samuel wants to demonstrate that another path is possible — one built on faith, entrepreneurship, education, discipline, and purpose.
Looking to the future, Samuel’s ambition extends far beyond personal wealth. He wants to inspire young people across Africa and the diaspora, showing that it is possible to return to your roots, build something meaningful, create opportunities, and contribute to the development of your country. His vision is to inspire a new generation of African wealth creators, entrepreneurs, and leaders — people who understand that true success is not only about what you own, but what you build, who you empower, and the legacy you leave behind.
